We are able to get some stuff done in the early mornings, but as the day goes on everyone is increasingly just trying to find ways to keep cool. It is even too hot to sleep during siesta. The changes in the city&#8217;s skyline and population don&#8217;t alter some of the essential beauty of the past. Rebelle U was established by veteran off-road racer and Rebelle Rally-founder Emily Miller, to help women learn, build, sharpen, and refine off-roading skills in authentic environments designed for them to excel.
